Cathy Rought Jacobson
Founder & Principal, Integritas Public Affairs
Cathy Rought Jacobson is a public affairs strategist and government relations expert who designs and leads high-impact campaigns on complex policy issues spanning infrastructure, energy, social justice, and housing.
During nearly a decade at BerlinRosen, she built and led the firm's regional public affairs division, driving campaigns across the Northeast and federal external affairs initiatives. Her work includes securing funding for the National Park System's deferred maintenance, advancing offshore wind energy expansion, and advocating for policies that protect public health and vulnerable communities. She also served as Practice Chief of Staff at the Podesta Group.
A practitioner of Transcendental Meditation, Cathy lives in the foothills of the Catskills and Shawangunks in the Hudson Valley with her husband, daughter, and an exceptionally lazy cat.
